If you received an offer to buy your land from us, let me explain how simple the process is.

The whole process is just a few steps, we take care of the paperwork, recording with the county and focus on getting you cash for your property.

First, We agree to an offer price for your land.

Then, with some information from you, I create a new deed transferring ownership of the property from you to BMV Ventures LLC. Then I arrange a local notary to meet you and sign off on the new deed and deliver you a cashier’s check (same as cash) for the agreed upon offer price. You cash the check and that’s it!!

We pay for the notary, paperwork and mailing cost. Your check is for the full amount of our agreed to offer price.
